Version 2 · In effect from 07 Oct 2026 · Earlier version · Read the current version

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 1, 2026

These Terms & Conditions explain how HRSS operates and the rules that apply when you use the HRSS platform and services. By creating an account or using HRSS, you agree to follow these terms.

1. About HRSS

HRSS is an overseas recruitment and workforce platform that helps connect candidates with employers and recruitment partners for employment opportunities.

HRSS may support the recruitment process, including job applications, candidate verification, document management, employer requirements, interviews, offers, placement, mobilization and other related processes.

Using HRSS does not guarantee that a candidate will receive a job, visa, employment offer or placement.

2. Creating and Using an Account

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating your account and throughout your use of HRSS.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and must not allow another person to use your account without permission.

You must not:

Create an account using false or misleading information.
Impersonate another person or organisation.
Upload fraudulent, altered or misleading documents.
Use HRSS for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to access another person's account or information.
Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

HRSS may restrict, suspend or close an account where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, fraud, false information, security concerns or a breach of these Terms.

3. Candidate Fees

HRSS does not charge candidates recruitment fees unless a specific fee is clearly disclosed to the candidate before the relevant service or application is undertaken and the fee is permitted by applicable law.

No candidate should assume that a payment is required simply because an employer, recruiter or another person requests one.

Where applicable, HRSS may provide information about official charges, government fees, visa costs, medical examinations, travel expenses or other employment-related costs. The person or organisation responsible for each cost should be clearly identified.

If you are asked to make a payment that you believe is unauthorised, misleading or inconsistent with the information provided through HRSS, you should contact HRSS immediately.

4. Employers and Recruitment Partners

Employers and authorised recruitment partners using HRSS must provide genuine and lawful job requirements and accurate information about available positions.

They may be required to provide supporting information or documents relating to their organisation, job vacancies, employment terms and recruitment requirements.

Employers and recruitment partners must not:

Publish false, misleading or unlawful vacancies.
Request or use fraudulent candidate information.
Misuse candidate documents or personal information.
Circumvent HRSS recruitment or disclosure controls.
Contact candidates outside HRSS before HRSS has released or authorised the relevant contact information.

Where HRSS controls the release of candidate contact information, an employer or recruitment partner must not attempt to obtain or use that information through another person, account or channel.

HRSS may review, reject, suspend or remove employers, vacancies or recruitment activity that do not meet its requirements.

5. Candidate Information and Documents

You are responsible for ensuring that the information and documents you provide to HRSS are genuine, accurate and current.

Depending on the recruitment process, HRSS may request documents such as identification, education records, professional certificates, employment records, references, medical or other legally required documents.

HRSS may review or verify information and documents, request clarification or replacement documents, or restrict an application where information cannot reasonably be verified.

Submitting documents to HRSS does not guarantee that they will be accepted by an employer, government authority, embassy, immigration authority or other third party.

You must not upload documents that belong to another person unless you are legally authorised to do so.

6. Recruitment and Placement

HRSS facilitates recruitment processes but does not guarantee employment or placement.

A candidate may be rejected, shortlisted, interviewed, selected or removed from consideration by an employer or authorised recruitment partner.

An employer may also change, withdraw or close a vacancy, subject to applicable law and any commitments already made.

Any employment offer, contract, visa, work permit or other employment arrangement is subject to the relevant employer, authorities and applicable laws.

Candidates should carefully review any employment offer or contract before accepting it.

7. Communication and Contact Release

HRSS may control when and how certain candidate or employer information is disclosed during the recruitment process.

Some information may be visible at an earlier stage, while personal contact details or other sensitive information may only be released after the required approval or recruitment stage has been completed.

Users must not attempt to bypass these controls or obtain restricted information through other means.

8. Privacy and Personal Information

HRSS may collect, use, store and share personal information as necessary to provide its recruitment and workforce services.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the HRSS Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

You should not upload unnecessary personal information belonging to another person.

9. Platform Content and Availability

HRSS aims to keep the platform and its information accurate and available, but cannot guarantee that the platform will always operate without interruption, errors or delays.

Information about vacancies, employers, recruitment processes and other opportunities may change or become unavailable.

HRSS may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the platform when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.

10. Prohibited Use

You must use HRSS only for legitimate recruitment, employment and related purposes.

You must not use HRSS to commit fraud, deceive another person, distribute unlawful material, interfere with the platform, obtain unauthorised information or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.

HRSS may take appropriate action where prohibited activity is identified, including restricting access, suspending an account or reporting the matter to the relevant authorities where required or appropriate.

11. Changes to These Terms

HRSS may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary, including to reflect changes to the platform, services, business practices or applicable law.

When a material change is made, HRSS may require you to review and accept the updated terms before continuing to use relevant services.

The latest version will be made available through the HRSS platform.

12. Suspension or Termination

You may stop using HRSS at any time, subject to any obligations that continue after your account is closed.

HRSS may suspend or terminate access where there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or misuse, security risk, legal requirement or another legitimate operational reason.

Closing or suspending an account does not automatically remove obligations that arose before the account was closed.

13. No Guarantee of Employment

HRSS provides a recruitment and workforce platform and does not guarantee that any candidate will obtain employment or that any employer will successfully recruit a candidate.

Recruitment outcomes may depend on employer decisions, candidate qualifications, document verification, immigration requirements, government approvals, availability of vacancies and other factors outside HRSS's control.

14. Responsibility for Information

Each user is responsible for the information they provide through HRSS.

Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their vacancies and employment requirements. Candidates are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of their personal information and documents.

HRSS may rely on information supplied by users while carrying out its services, subject to its verification processes.

15. Contacting HRSS

If you have a question, concern or complaint about these Terms or your use of HRSS, please contact HRSS through the following details:

16. Applicable Law

These Terms are subject to the laws and regulations applicable to HRSS and the services being provided.

Where recruitment, employment, immigration, data protection or other mandatory laws apply to a particular country or transaction, those requirements will also apply.

Any specific governing law, jurisdiction or dispute-resolution provisions should be confirmed by HRSS's legal adviser before these Terms are published as the final version.
