How HRSS works

Two journeys, one controlled process

Candidates and employers never deal with each other through unofficial channels. HRSS runs each stage, records it, and only shares information when the stage allows it.

For candidates

  1. Discover an opportunity

    Browse jobs on HRSS. Every listing comes from a requirement HRSS has reviewed.

  2. Create your profile

    Register with your email address, or claim the profile HRSS created for you at an office or drive.

  3. Apply

    The eligibility check shows which requirements you meet before you apply. Applying is free.

  4. Screening

    HRSS reviews your experience and verifies your documents.

  5. Interview

    HRSS schedules interviews with the employer and sends you the details.

  6. Selection and offer

    If selected, you receive the written terms to review and accept in your account.

  7. Documentation and mobilization

    Medical checks, visa and departure requirements are completed step by step, with your progress visible.

  8. Deployment

    You confirm your arrival. HRSS keeps checking in, and you can ask HRSS for help at any time.

For employers

  1. Define your workforce need

    Register your organization and describe the positions, numbers and terms.

  2. Requirement review

    HRSS checks your organization, the requirement and its supporting documents.

  3. Recruitment

    HRSS sources and screens candidates against your criteria.

  4. Candidate review

    You review professional profiles and shortlist.

  5. Interview

    Request interviews; HRSS arranges them and you record scorecards.

  6. Selection

    Select primary candidates and reserves within your approved numbers.

  7. Documentation

    HRSS prepares offers and tracks every departure requirement.

  8. Mobilization and deployment

    Departure is cleared, arrival is confirmed and the employment record begins.
