Candidate safety
Protect yourself from recruitment fraud
People sometimes pretend to recruit for well-known agencies. These rules help you recognise genuine HRSS contact.
HRSS does not charge candidates an application fee. Never send money to anyone who promises you a job, a visa or a faster process in HRSS's name.
Never share codes or passwords
HRSS emails one-time codes for signing in and recovering your account. HRSS staff will never ask you for a code or your password, by phone, message or in person.
Use official HRSS channels
Apply only through this website or your HRSS account. Every genuine HRSS job is listed here, and every offer appears in your account.
Beware of impersonators
Be careful with anyone who contacts you through social media or messaging apps claiming to be from HRSS, especially if they ask for money or documents.
Keep your documents safe
Upload documents only inside your HRSS account. If HRSS holds your passport for visa processing, you always receive a numbered receipt.
Report a suspicious request
If someone asked you for money or personal information in HRSS's name, stop contact and tell HRSS.
- If you have an HRSS account, use "Get help from HRSS" in your account. Only HRSS welfare staff see your report.
- Speak to HRSS staff in person when you attend an HRSS office or recruitment drive.
